Please call for special deals available for trade customers.  Arrangements can be made for processing large orders.  Bulk discounts are available for large quantities of equipment with concessionary prices available to regular customers.

Refurbished Computers

Upon arrival all computers have their hard drives thoroughly sanitised.  The process of wiping data employs software that ensures data removal meets the rigorous standards set by the US department of defence.  After the data has been completely removed the computer is sent to our service centre for repair and refurbishment.  If the systems pass though our testing procedures they are then made available for sale to the public.

As well as selling refurbished computers we also stock a range of brand new computer components and accessories which are available for purchase at very competitive prices.

Terms And Conditions

  • All items, offers, specifications and prices are correct and believed in good faith to be available at the time of going to press but this may change due to the circumstances beyond our control.

  • Goods are not sold on a trial basis

  • Goods offered subject to being unsold. In the event of non availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract.

  • We do not warrant the suitability of goods. Please check the suitability of the products with your system and/or the manufacturer before ordering.

  • Photographs of products featured may be for illustration and identification purposes only. Minor specification variations do not entitle the purchaser to rescind the contract.

  • If an engineer arrives to deliver system/ systems/ peripherals and our requirements are not met. We will return the systems to base and we will Ievy an additional charge of £15.

  • If for any reason customers require an engineer to visit them we will charge £70 per hour for call out. An engineer will be available to begin work within 24 working hours from the time we receive the call.

  • Unlimited Technical support on hardware will be given via phone for 1 year. We will support Microsoft operating 1system provided any errors are not directly related to customer use. If the problems were directly caused by the customer we will provide two free calls and after that we will charge £59 per hour for additional Technical support calls.

Warranty and Returns

  • All second hand goods supplied carry a 90 days warranty unless stated. Consumable items including, but not limited to, printer ink and toner are not covered by this warranty.

  • All new items are sold with a 12 month back-to-base warranty. Consumable items including, but not limited to, printer ink and toner are not covered by this warranty.

  • Batteries: When a second hand item includes a battery no warranty is put on the life or capacity of the battery unless stated on the sales invoice.

  • Systems may be returned under our 1 Year back to base warranty with any fault. However for this procedure to run as efficiently as possible the customer should phone us immediately to obtain an RMA number. All repairs under warranty can only be accepted if they have a RMA number provided by our engineering department.

  • We advise that you retain all boxes and packaging and use them to transport the goods back to us. If a problem does occur please write the RMA number clearly on the boxes.

  • If your system is returned under warranty we cannot guarantee safety of your data. Please make sure a full back up all of your existing data is made before the system is returned to us.

  • We will only be able to support the Operating system supplied. We cannot offer any support for any other software package.

  • For certain products a warranty may be available direct with the manufacturer. Any manufacture/on site arrangement are to be used by the purchaser. For example Monitors have manufacturers warranty that is on site for 3 years.

  • Where items are returned to us for repair under warranty, we do not provide goods on loan.

  • Claims for non- functionality must be made within 7 days of receipt, after this date, and in all circumstances after 28 days, repair and not replacement will be offered.

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% id charged on returns that prove to be non-defective and we reserve the right to return the goods to you.

  • No opened software will be accepted for refund.

  • It is imperative that items returned for refund are sent in their original packaging.

  • We are not liable for any consequential loss or expenses , however caused (including acts of nature), including incidental return costs .

  • All manufacturer ’money back’ guarantees are dealt with by the relevant manufacturers and you should contact them to arrange return or refund.

  • Price Effectiveness

  • Some prices may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Whilst we endeavour to provide pricing which is correct at the time of going to press, please confirm prices at the time of ordering.
