Arranging for a collection and how it works

  1. List all the items you have for disposal, or let us know how many items you require collected. This allows us to make sure that there is enough space in the van for your items.

  2. Call or email our office to book a collection.

  3. We will confirm a date (usually within 72 hours) , and issue you with a job number.

  4. Once confirmed our despatch team will visit your site to collect your redundant equipment. On completion of the collection the despatch team will ask you to complete and sign a ‘’Feedback’’ form.

  5. At our site the equipment is tested and all data is wiped from the PC’s by our Technicians. We then send you, full inventories of all equipment and relevant certification i.e.  Data Cleansing Certificate.

From time to time the British Connection is in a position to purchase medium to high end IT equipment from clients. Purchasing is usually based on the demands that we get from schools and colleges nationwide. We would only be able to make an offer for goods based on full description of items.

Drop-off Facility

If you are able to deliver the goods yourself we can arrange for drop-off processing.  Just give us a ring beforehand to confirm details and we will take it from there.
